About Us
We are just two sisters doing yoga! We don't just do it. We are more like addicted to it! You may find us on our mats every day because we believe it really does the body , mind and spirit good! For now we are blogging about our journey as Yogis and we may even hold classes at Kel's Alpha Tae Kwon Do school. We also hope we will be able to smile for the camera and make videos.
Sure we can't do incredible back bends or flat to the floor splits any more. Nor can we stand on our hands while we wait for our Mom to finish cooking supper. That doesn't matter. Yoga is about what you can do. About eyes wide open accepting things as they are and allowing change.
If you can breathe you can do our yoga! It's for everyone young and old. We are here simply because we want you to feel great like we do! Yoga on!
